Important notice :

The information from this website has been erased until further notice. All of my evidence has been submitted to Lord Justice Leveson. Much of my evidence was on display here until recently.
Some of my documented evidence has never been seen in public but is in the hands of The Leveson Inquiry staff and I've been told that it may be used in future hearings and I've been asked not to make any more information public. However, Lord Justice Leveson has recently ordered that no-one shall be allowed to make public any information that has been submitted either by a Core participant or a witness to the inquiry that hasn't already been made public.
Much of my information was made public before this announcement and always been available to view on this website until now. So as not to cause any concern or future difficulties with my evidence, witness statement, attached articles, whether made public or not, I have decided in the interests of the inquiry to withdraw my info from public viewing.
The links below will take you to Lord Justice Leveson's website where you can see my full recorded testimony in video, the transcript of the hearing and also my submitted witness statement that is available for public viewing at their website also. Thankyou.

LORD JUSTICE LEVESON:  "Thank you, Mr Nott.  It's quite clear  this was a problem you identified in the late 1990s and it's now come home for us all to think about."

Vodafone appeared at the Leveson inquiry along with other network operators and the video link to that morning's testimony is below where you can hear Mark Hughes,  Head of Security at Vodafone saying "they don't know why they didn't do anything" after my warnings 13 years ago.
